E 'with great sadness, coupled with severe pain that we give the sad news the passing of another precious man of God, wonderfully used in our generation for a very long period of Church history. The Rev. Ken W. f.llo Douglas went with the Lord on Tuesday 20 January, after an illness lasting about two months.
I want to remember our precious (pictured below, the Reverend Ken Douglas W. f.llo) and much beloved pastor or
f.llo Peppino Apuzzo, gone with the Lord in October 2002 , leaving a deep void in us as there's great comfort in the districts of Naples, is recent history, the demise of our beloved Pastor General went with the Lord on 8 August and as we cried and yet we cry God knows! Two great men of God who have left an indelible groove in the history of the Church on both sides of almost two generations, having achieved a career spiritual ultra fifty years. Of the same caliber, the beloved Reverend Ken f.llo! That is to say, and bring to the attention of the reader that we are in a time when the Lord's calling himself on his last bastions of the faith! Those just mentioned are real examples of ancient men of God, of those men of whom today we still have a great need. Jesus is coming! or the continuing indifference of the people. Personally I was very attached to
f.llo Reverend Ken Douglas, with whom I shared a wonderful missionary journey in the country, where God gave us to see His glory! That was the occasion which was central in our work, including a major evangelistic campaign that lasted a week in Naples and then another seven days in the nation, including the works of St. Apollinaris (FR), Città di Castello (PG), Piacenza and Parma. He was sealed by God with the evangelistic ministry that ministered for nearly sixty years in length and breadth of the earth. God has used to announce the News among the nations, where many were filled with the Holy Spirit. In recent years it has been very involved in missions in Africa, where thanks to the work that he has also carried out at the diplomatic level, we were able to build many schools and many churches! God be praised! Uganda has been one of his final destination, where the brothers were waiting for him always with great interest. A Na
poles, one can say that was home! I remember an occasion in which, passing in Europe on account of one of his trips to Uganda, being in an airport where we would have stayed for a few days due to flight connections, seeing that there was a flight to Naples embarked and we came to find. For us it was a wonderful joy! Our pastor, the beloved f.llo Salvatore Fiorino loved him in an exemplary manner. Often tells of the experiences of Ken f.llo, its funny comment, but has appreciated so much depth and the anointing of the Word preached, as the Shepherd f.llo Salvatore Fiorino loves all true servants of the Lord. We enjoyed many times the prophetic preaching. There was a great comfort! We
still many, many things to say about this extraordinary man of God! Let us pray that the Lord will give us the joy of treating those very few (and my Pastor is one of those "few") people that God still circulates among us for which misercicordia towards us!
